红细胞免疫及细胞免疫指标与心力衰竭严重程度的关系分析

摘　　要：目的探讨红细胞免疫及细胞免疫指标与心力衰竭严重程度的关系，为其干预提供依据。方法选取2011年11月～2013年11月于本院进行诊治的74例心力衰竭患者为观察组，同期于本院进行体检的健康者74例为对照组，将两组研究对象的红细胞免疫及细胞免疫指标检测水平进行统计比较，将心力衰竭患者中不同心功能分级者的红细胞免疫及细胞免疫指标检测水平进行比较，并以Logistic分析处理检测水平与本病之间的关系。结果观察组红细胞免疫及细胞免疫指标均明显低于对照组，心力衰竭患者中不同心功能分级者的检测水平也存在明显差异，经Logistic分析处理显示上述检测指标水平均与本病有密切关系，P〈0．05差异有统计学意义。结论心力衰竭患者的红细胞免疫及细胞免疫指标处于较差状态，且不同严重程度者的检测水平存在显著差异，其间均存在密切关系。Objective To investigate the relationship between the erythrocyte immunity, cellular immunity indexes and the severity of heart failure. Methods Seventy four patients with heart failure in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2013 were selected as observation group,Seventy four persons with same age in health examination were selected as control group. The erythrocyte immunity and cellular immunity parameters of two groups were analyzed and compared, and the erythrocyte immunity and cellular immunity indexes of patients with different stages of cardiac function were also compared . The relationship between these parameters and the disease severity was analyzed by Logistic analysis. Results The erythrocyte immunity and cellular immunity detection levels of observation group were all obviously worse than those of control group, and the detection levels of patients with different stages of cardiac function had obvious differences, and the detected indexes had close relationship with the disease severity by the Logistic analysis（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The erythrocyte immunity and cellular immunity indexes of patients with heart failure are in poor state,and these indexes of patients are associated with the severity of heart failure.
