摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法,对新的历史条件下我国成人体育教育发展新趋势及定位进行了分析,并结合实际情况提出了端正办学思想,创新教育方法和手段,深化教学改革等改革与发展思路,以实现成人体育教育的快速发展。This paper, analyzeS the new trends and the positioning of physical education for adults under the new historical conditions based on literature data. In addition, according to actual situations, the study submits the ideas of reform and development such as correcting running ideas, innovating education methods and means, further reforming and developing teaching ideas in order to achieve the rapid development of physical education for adults.
