摘  要:针对2013年第12届全运会开闭幕式期间沈阳历史上8、9月份气象资料,从天气学和大气物理学的角度统计分析了全运会开闭幕式场馆区域产生降水的主要天气类型、降水天气系统来向、降水概率、产生降水的云物理性质等特征。结果表明,就高空500 hPa天气图而言降水的主要天气类型有西风槽型、冷涡型、低涡型和短波槽型,所占的比例分别为51.72%、27.59%、13.79%、6.90%;其来向主要有南向、西南向、西向、西北向和北向,所占的比例分别为6.90%、27.58%、41.38%、20.69%、3.45%。降水云有冷云、暖云和混合云。可见开闭幕式期间降水天气较为复杂,降水概率较高,分别达32.60%和22.58%。根据人工影响天气原理,使距场馆远的云水提前降落和场馆近的云水得到抑制的方法,设计了人工削减雨的3道防线,构建了作业技术方案,确保人工消减雨作业安全、高效、顺利实施。Aiming at the Tweltth Games Opening and Closing Ceremony m 2013, the meteorological data m Aug. and 3ep. m 3henyang was analyzed. From perspective of synoptic meteorology and atmospheric physics, the main weather types, precipitation weather system, precipita- tion probability and the cloud physical properties were analyzed. The results showed that upper level 500hPa weather map, the main precipita- tion weather types include westerly trough type, cold vortex type, low vortex and the short slot type, the proportion are 51.72%, 27.59% , 13.79%, 6.9% respectively; its system mainly are south, southwest, west, and north to the northwest, the proportion are respectively 6.9%, 27.58%, 41.38%, 20.69%, 3.45%. Precipitation cloud includes cold cloud, warm cloud and mixed cloud. The precipitation weather system during opening and closing ceremonies was relatively complex, precipitation probability was high, reaching 32.6% and 22.58%. According to the principle of artificial influencing weather, three line of defence for reducing precipitation was designed, the opera- tion technique scheme was constructed, so as to ensure safety, high-efficient and successful operation of artificial rain reduction.
