摘 要:针对目前地下水研究成果较少及以往地下水资源研究中仅追求最大开采量单一因素的现状,加之洛阳市水文地质条件差异、地下水开发利用程度不尽相同等客观因素,综合考虑洛阳市现状开采量及地下水可开采量的互馈效应,对洛阳市地下水资源进行开采区划分,结果表明洛阳市地下水资源可划分为:可增强开采区、控制开采区和调减开采区。据此提出洛阳市地下水资源的合理保护对策,为洛阳市地下水资源的开发利用规划以及饮水安全工作的顺利实施提供技术支持与理论支撑。According to the status of research results about groundwater are less and the research simply focus on the pursuit of maximum yield, considering the present situation of interaction between exploitation and groundwater exploitable amount of Luoyang City, and different hydrogeological conditions, groundwater exploitation degree and other objective factors in Luoyang City, a partition of Luoyang' s groundwater mining area was carried out, and the planning results of the mining area which can be enhanced, controlled and adjusted were obtained. The reasonable protection countermeasures for groundwater of Luoyang were proposed, which can provide technical and theoretical support for the development and utilization of groundwater resources in Luoyang City and smooth implementation of drinking water safety work.
