摘　　要：为探索低渗气田经济有效开发的新思路，长庆油田公司在苏里格气圈开展了小井眼钻完井试验。试验初期，暴露出Ф88．9mm小钻具防斜打直难度大、小直径PDC钻头耐磨性差、小井眼钻进泵压高、小套管长井段一次上返全井段封固及分层压裂技术不成熟等难点，阻碍了小井眼钻完井技术进一步应用。针对小井眼难点，2011-2012年，开展了疹88．9mm小钻具“预弯曲”防斜打直、小直径耐磨PDC钻头设计、彩101．6m钻杆应用、低密度水泥及易漏地层一次上返全井段封固、小-井眼压裂等技术攻关，形成了低成本Ф88．9mm小套管无油管钻完井技术。成功完成了苏6-X-1井、苏6X-3井、苏6-x-5井等3口井的试验，钻井周期相比前期缩短了22．7％，达到了常规井的指标，为低渗、低效气田开发提供了新的思路。To explore new ideas of developing effectively low permeability gasfields,Changqing Oilfield Company carried out slim-hole drilling and completion test in Sulige Gasfield.In early test,'straight well drilling for preventing inclination'using88.9mm small drill-tool was difficult,small diameter PDC bit was poor wear resistance and high pressure was induced in slim-hole drilling,the techniques used for small casing long interval drilling was not matured for the whole well cementing,by which the application of slim-hole drilling and completion was restricted.In allusion to the problem of slim-hole drilling and completion,researches were carried out in 2011~2012for using the technologies of pre-bending of straight well drilling with88.9mm slim-hole drill-tool,designing of PDC bit for wear resistance,application of101.6mm drillpipe,low density cement,one return to full hole cementing slurry and slim-hole fracturing.A technology of88.9mm casing no tubing drilling and completion with low cost is created.It was successfully tested in Well Su6-X-1,Well Su6-X-3,Well Su 6-X-5,by which the drilling interval is shortened for 22.7%compared with previous drillings,it reaches the index of conventional well drillings and it provides a new idea for the development of low permeability and low efficiency gasfields.
