摘 要:传统便携式设备电源采用电感作为储能元件时存在体积大、电路复杂等问题。提出了一种新型开关电源设计方案,该方案以电容作为储能元件,电荷泵作为电压变换器,采用Buck-Boost型拓扑结构和PWM恒定频率控制技术,缩小了电源体积,简化了电路设计。文中详细介绍了电荷泵的工作原理和开关电源设计思路,并通过实验测试了电源的主要性能指标。测试结果表明该开关电源输入电压范围宽,输出电压纹波小,稳压效果好,转换效率高,能较好满足便携式设备电源要求。The power of traditional portable device adopts inductor as its energy storing element, which leads to the over-big size and complicated circuit. A new switching power supply which adopts capacitor as its energy storing element and charge pump as voltage converter is proposed in this article. The circuit of this switching power supply is of Buck-Boost topology and fixed-frequency PWM control technology, reducing the size and simplifying the structure of circuit. The working principle of charge pump and design idea of switching power supply are described in details in this paper. The main parameters of circuit are tested through an experiment. The experimental result demonstrates that the new switching power supply has wide input range, lower output voltage ripple, higher stabilization and high efficiency and it can preferably to meet the demand of the portable device.
