从大学生综合素质培养的角度浅谈语音实验室的科学管理

摘　　要：语音实验室的管理工作与大学生的素质培养有着密切的联系。如何在英语语音教学中融入学生素质培养的内容,应该成为语音实验室管理人员和英语教学工作者共同探索的重要问题。建立完善的规章制度,摆脱陈旧的教学和管理模式,鼓励学生参与实验室建设和管理,提高学生实践技能,既有利于语音实验室的科学管理,也对在英语课堂教学中提升学生综合素质意义重大。The management of speech laboratory and the cultivation of college students＆#39; quality of work are closely linked. Into students＆#39;quality education in the teaching of English pronunciation, speech laboratory managers and workers to jointly explore important issues in English teaching. Establish and improve rules and regulations, and get rid of antiquated teaching and management mode, students are encouraged to participate in laboratory construction and management, improving the students＆#39; practical skills, both for scientific management of speech laboratory, also in English class teaching to improve students＆#39;comprehensive qualities of great significance.
