摘 要:目的 探讨颅脑交通伤的临床特征及救治措施.方法 采用深圳市卫生局重点项目"深圳市急性创伤现状及防治对策研究"提供的1994~2003年急性创伤的基本资料,抽取其中颅脑交通伤患者病例资料进行分析.结果 颅脑损伤住院病例10 607例,颅脑交通伤病例5 427例,手术3 478例,手术率64.1%;死亡295人,住院病死率5.4%,急诊手术1 086例;手术病例死亡124例,手术病死率3.3%;非手术治疗死亡181例,病死率9.3%;入院时有效GCS评分3 360例,GCS评分≤8分的病例654例,死亡232例,病死率35.5%.结论 颅脑交通伤病情重,病死率高,手术是重要的治疗方式.加强颅脑交通伤的预防和救治可降低伤残率及病死率.Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of craniocerebral traffic injuries. Methods The clinical charac- teristics of craniocerebral traffic injuries was analyzed, using the basic data from 1994 to 2003 the granted project "the Research of Prevention Coun- termeasure to acute injury in Shenzhen", which is supported by Broad of Health of Shenzhen City. Results 10607 cases traumatic brain injured pa- tients were hospitalized from 1994 -2003 in Shenzhen. 5 427of them were craniocerebral traffic injury. 3 478 of them cases treated with surgery, the surgery rate of 64.1%. 295 cases were dead, hospital mortality was 5.4%. 1 086 cases received emergency surgery, 124 cases was dead, surgical mortality was 3.3%. Non - surgical treatment of 181 cases were dead, the fatality rate was 9.3%. Effective admission GCS score was acquired in 3 360 cases. GCS score of 653 cases was less than 8. 232 cases was dead. The fatality rate was 35.5%. Conclusion Craniocerebral traffic injuries possess the characteristics of severe injuries, high mortality and poor prognosis. Surgery is the treatment of the important ways. Strengthening the pre- vention and treatment of craniocerebral traffic injuries can reduce the rate of disability and mortality.
