摘　　要：目的为提高抗肿瘤药物临床使用的安全性和有效性提供参考。方法根据该院静脉药物配置中心2年的工作经验,对抗肿瘤药物不合理使用情况进行全面分析和总结。结果抗肿瘤药物不合理使用主要体现在溶媒、给药途径、用药顺序、药物剂量等方面。结论药师应加强对抗肿瘤药物的审核,保证药品的质量及合理使用。Objective To promote reference for effective and safe application of antitumor drugs in the clinic. Meth- ods According to the practice and experience in pharmacy intravenous admixture service （PIVAS） for 2 years,the irrational use of antitumor drugs were analyzed and summarized comprehensively. Results The irrational use of anticaneer drugs mainly reflected in rational solvent, route of administration, medication order, dosage and etc. Conclusion Pharmacists should strengthen the evaluation of antitumor drugs to guarantee the quality of antitumor drugs and rational use of drug in the clinic.
