摘  要:为保护环境和节约成本,应用来源广泛的农林废弃物谷壳作为重金属离子的吸附剂处理污水。采用酸性甲醛对谷壳进行改性,增加活性基团,提高其对重金属离子的吸附率。通过正交试验,探讨谷壳粒径、改性温度、改性时间、改性剂用量等因素对改性效果的影响。试验结果表明:在谷壳粒径为160目,改性温度为80℃,改性时间为3 h,3 g谷壳改性剂用量为70 mL条件下,对浓度为10 mg/L的Cr6+去除率较高,可达63.8%。研究可为农林废弃物吸附重金属离子的改性过程和重金属离子的处理提供一定参考依据。In order to agricultural and forestry formaldehyde is adopted metal ions. With orthogo protect environment and save cost, this paper treats sewage by means of waste- chaff with extensive sources as absorbent of heavy metal ions. Acid to modify chaff to increase active groups and improve its absorption rate of heavy nal test, the paper discusses influences of factors, such as pariicle size of chaff, modified temperature, modified time and dosage of modifier, etc. on modified effect. The test results show that the removal rate of Cr^6+at concentration of 10mg/L is rather high up to 63.8% on the conditions of particle size of chaff at 160 meshes, modified temperature at 38℃, modified time at 3h and dosage of 3g chaff modifier at 70mL. The research in the paper can provide a certain references bases for the modified process of absorption of heavy metal ions by agricultural and forestry wastes and treatment of heavy metal ions.
