摘　　要：目的观察p47phox在高脂血症白兔阴茎海绵体平滑肌中的表达及意义。方法 40只4月龄雄性新西兰白兔随机分为实验组20只(高脂饲料喂养8周)和对照组20只。喂养前后检测血胆固醇和体重,并应用Real-time PCR和Western blot技术检测阴茎海绵体平滑肌中p47phox的表达。结果实验组新西兰白兔的体重和血总胆固醇水平明显高于喂养前(均P<0.01);Real-time PCR和Western blot检测结果显示p47phox在高脂血症白兔阴茎海绵体平滑肌组织中表达较对照组增高(均P<0.05)。结论 p47phox在高脂血症诱导的白兔阴茎勃起功能障碍中可能发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of p47phox in penile corpus cavernosum smooth muscles of hyperlipidem- ic rabbits and its clinical significance. Methods Forty four-month-old male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into control and experimental groups. Animals in the control group（n= 20）were fed on a regular diet for 8 weeks and those in the experimental group（n= 20）on hyperlipidemic diet diet for the same period of time. The body weight and total serum cholesterol （TC）were detected before and after the diet treatment. Real-time PCR and Western blot were used to detect the mRNA and protein expression levels of p47phox respectively. Results At 8 weeks,the body weight and the TC level were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group（P〈0.01）. Also the levels of p47phoxmRNA and protein were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion p47phox may be involved in the hyperlipidemia-in- duced erectile dysfunction in rabbits.
