大学生未婚性行为中避孕套使用情况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解中国大学生在未婚性行为中避孕套使用情况与相关影响因素,为提高避孕套使用率提供参考依据。方法多阶段分层整群抽样获取调查对象,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行调查,使用非条件Logistic回归进行相关因素分析。结果共获取10 700例有未婚性行为的大学生。使用过避孕套的占54%,其中总是使用的占42.5%,经常使用的占39.7%,有时使用的占10.4%,偶尔使用的占7.4%。在多因素Logistic回归模型中,对于男生而言,较高学历、有恋人、首次性行为年龄在20岁及以上,选择避孕方法优先考虑避孕效果,认为人工流产对女性的身心健康有影响,认为人工流产会影响女性以后的妊娠,认为获取避孕套方便是促进避孕套使用的因素;对于女生而言,较高学历、医学专业、有恋人,每月可支配费用较高,认为人工流产会影响女性以后的妊娠,认为获取避孕套方便是促进避孕套使用的因素。结论未婚大学生性行为中避孕套使用率较低,性行为的风险教育及提高避孕套供给的私密性有望提高避孕套使用率。Objective To examine the status and related factors of condom use in premarital sexual activities among college students, and to provide background information for the promotion of condom use. Methods Multistage stratified cluster sam- pling was used to obtain subjects from the college students. Self-designed questionnaire was employed to collect data, and the unconditional logistic regression was carried out to analyze the related factors. Results A total of 10 700 college students active in premarital sexual behaviors were recruited. 54~ of them reported a history of condom use. Among the students who had used condom,42.5 % reported ＂always use＂, 39.7 % ＂often use＂, 10. 4 %＂sometimes use＂and 7. 4 % ＂occasional use＂. Multiva- riate logistic regression analysis revealed that higher education,older age in the first sexual intercourse, prime consideration of contraceptive effect in choice of contraception,awareness of the risk of abortion in women＇s future pregnancy,awareness of the effect of abortion on women＇s physical and mental health,easy to get condoms were promoting factors of condom use for male students; higher education,medical background, having lovers, higher disposable income, awareness of the risk of abortion in- women＇s future pregnancy,easy to get condoms were promoting factors of condom use for female students. Conclusion The prevalence of condom use is low in premarital sexual activities among college students. Reinforcing sex risk education and in- creasing privacy protection in condom supply is expected to promote condom use in college students.
