摘　　要：目前水利水电工程建设征地和移民安置在林地分类、林地补偿中常出现分歧,主要由于林地和林种分类系统在现行的法律法规、行业规范中同时存在,国土资源部和国家林业局以不同的角度对林地均有分类,极易混淆。简要说明这两种分类系统的不同点,归纳林地补偿法规中常采用的方式,反映实际工作中容易出现的问题,并提出了建议。The forest classification and compensation in land acquisition and resettlement design of water resources and hydropower projects is currently debated because the Ministry of Land and Resources and the State Forestry Administration formulate different forest and wood land classification systems and the classification systems are issued by laws and regulations and standards. The differences between two systems are introduced, and the common approaches in forest and wood land compensation regulations are summarized. The common problems in actual project design are analyzed and some suggests are also presented.
