摘  要:蜀河水电站机组防水钢盖板在表孔过流时受到水流冲激,在动水压力作用下产生振动。以蜀河水电站1号机组防水钢盖板为研究对象,采用现场检测试验和有限元理论计算两种方法识别了钢盖板的自振频率,对是否发生危害较大的共振做出了评价;此外,还对钢盖板在表孔泄洪闸门启闭过程的振动动力响应进行了检测分析,对容易破坏的部位进行了识别,并指出了防水钢盖板将来的安全评价重点。The waterproof steel gates in Shuhe Hydropower Station which flow through surface hole will emerge vibration when the flood is discharged through surface holes. Taking the waterproof steel gate of No. 1 bulb unit as study case, the free vibration frequency of waterproof steel gate is recognized through two methods of on-site measurement and finite element calculation, and the possibility of gate resonance is evaluated. The dynamic responses of waterproof steel gate during the opening and closing of surface hole sluice gates are also measured, and the fragile zones are identified. The future safety evaluation keys of waterproof steel gates are finally proposed.
