摘　　要：通过对我国县级公立医院综合改革试点评估的相关调研,从政府、供方、医保方等利益相关方的角度出发,对我国医改进程进行梳理和分析,阐述在政府的投入机制、县级公立医院规模发展、医疗保障体系建立、取消药品加成等方面的实践做法和存在的问题,探讨中国医改的现况,并提出思考与建议.To analyze the status quo and process of healthcare reform in China based on the investigation of the county-level public hospitals reform. From the viewpoints of the government, suppliers,and medical insurance providers, the authors probed into the governmentr s input mechanism, the development of the county public hospitals, the dilemma of the medical security system, as well as the practice of zero-profit drug policy. Proposals made in the paper raised thoughts and recommendations on healtheare reform in China.
