摘  要:针对当前许多医院以“规模取胜”、在管理上以粗放化方式为主而导致的医疗服务效率低下、人力资源成本居高不下、资金使用率降低等问题,无锡第二人民医院构建精益管理链来提升管理品质和服务水平.本研究阐述了该院以精细化为管理链,围绕“组织、临床、门诊、医技、护理、后勤”六大齿轮,依据“管理体系扁平化、临床医疗主诊化、门诊诊疗中心化、医技检查集约化、护理管理垂直化、后勤保障社会化”的管理目标,构建六轮驱动的内涵建设,最终实现医院规模与结构效益最大化目标的实践.In response to such setbacks as inefficient medical service, costly human resources and low rate of return on capital, due to the pursuit of"Mega hospitals" and extensive management of hospitals,Wuxi No. 2 People' s Hospital introduced the delicacy management chain to improve its management and service. This article studied its practice of delicacy management chain as follows. By means of the six gears of "organization, clinic, outpatients, medical technicians, nursing, and logistics", the management chain pursues such management goals as flat management, attending-focused clinical medicine,centralized outpatient service, integrated medical examinations, vertical nursing management, and logistics outsourcing'. These efforts are designed for the optimization of both scale and construction efficiency.
