摘 要:采用熔融共混的方法制备了聚丙烯/聚烯烃弹性体(PP/POE)/CaCO3三相复合材料,研究了CaCO3的添加量对复合材料的力学性能、微观形态和流变性能的影响。结果表明,加入CaCO3可显著提高复合材料的弯曲模量和缺口冲击强度,当CaCO3添加质量分数达到40%时,复合材料的缺口冲击强度可以提高到66.7kJ/m2。扫描电镜观察表明当添加质量分数20%以上的CaCO3时,复合材料中存在POE包覆CaCO3的结构。流变测试结果表明复合材料中各组分的黏度越接近,分散相的分散效果越好。Polypropylene (PP),polyolefin elastomer (POE) and calcium carbonate (CaCO3) ternary composites were prepared by melt mixing.The influences of the amounts of CaCO3 on mechanical properties,micro morphology and rheologyical properties of the composites were studied.The results show that the flexural modulus and Izod impact strength of the composites are promoted significantly with the addition of CaCO3.The Izod impact strength is increased by 66.7 kJ/m2 when 40% CaCO3 is added in the composites.Structure of POE coating CaCO3 is observed under SEM when adding more than 20% CaCO33 in the composites.Rheological tests show that the distribution of dispersedphase particle in the matrix improves when the viscosity of different components is approximate.
