摘　　要：征信市场的有效运行对金融稳定发展具有重要作用。本文分析了有效征信市场发展应遵循的三个主要原则,立足我国征信市场发展实际,从征信机构体系、征信产品体系、征信监管体系、信息共享机制、信用激励约束机制五个方面,构建了我国征信市场的运行机制。在此基础上,提出推进我国征信市场健康发展的政策建议。llae el-tecUve operation ot the creOlt registry market plays an important role in the financial stable development. The pa- per analyzes three main principles of the development of the effective credit registry market that should be followed. Based on the real- ity of the development of the China＇ s credit registry market, the paper constructs the operating mechanism of China＇ s credit registry market t^om five aspects such as the credit registry institution system, the credit registry product system, the credit registry supervision system, the information sharing mechanism and the credit incentive constraint mechanism. On this basis, the paper puts forward policy recommendations on promoting the healthy development of China＇ s credit registry market.
