摘 要:以自移机尾前移的带式输送机为研究对象,利用AMESim软件建立其动力学仿真模型。通过仿真得到机头驱动滚筒松边的张力、速度和加速度曲线,以及变频调速自动张紧装置游动小车的张力、速度和位移曲线。研究结果表明,机头驱动滚筒松边未出现打滑现象,该张紧装置能够很好地控制带式输送机的紧带,避免了机头驱动滚筒松边打滑事故的发生。The belt conveyor with forward moving mobile drive end served as study objective, AMESim was applied to build its dynamic simulation model. The variation curves of tension, velocity and acceleration of the loose edge of the pulley driven by nose, as well as the variation curves of tension, velocity and displacement of nomadic car in automatic take-up with variable frequency speed regulation were obtained by simulation. The results showed that the loose edge of the pulley driven by nose did not skid. The take-up controlled the belt tightening in good state, so as to avoid the skidding of the loose edge of the pulley driven by nose.
