摘  要:由压陷阻力造成的能量损失已成为带式输送机设计中一个很重要的因素。因此采用适当的方法对压陷阻力进行分析计算,对于带式输送机具有重要的意义。在讨论压陷阻力形成原因的基础上,推导出压陷阻力的近似计算公式。在确保精度的前提下,为了简化计算,选取压陷阻力的模型为一维Winkler模型,同时假设输送带的下覆盖层为线性黏弹性体,选取三元件Maxwell固体模型来描述覆盖层材料的力学特性。最后,利用MATLAB软件探讨和分析了在不同带速和托辊直径条件下载荷对压陷阻力的影响。Energy loss due to indentation resistance is a major factor in design of the belt conveyor. Therefore, it is important to compute it using a proper method. After discussing the forming causes of the indentation resistance, an approximate formula of computing the indentation resistance was offered. On the premise of guaranteeing the computation precision, in order to simplify the computation, one-dimension Winkler model was selected as the indentation resistance model. In addition, backing of the belt was assumed as linear viscoelastic material and three- parameter Maxwell model was chosen to describe the mechanical properties of the backing. Finally, the influence of loading on indentation resistance at various belt velocity and idler diameter was analyzed by using MATLAB.
