摘  要:某复杂硫化铜铁矿石原矿含铜0.36%,含硫34.32%,含全铁40.07%,其中磁性铁6.20%左右,硫化铜、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿及磁铁矿共生关系紧密,矿石性质复杂,分选难度大。原生产工艺为经一段磨矿后优先选铜,浮选铜尾矿再磁选回收磁铁矿,但铁精矿中含硫较高,达4%~5%,产品销售困难。在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,采用优先浮选回收硫化铜矿,选铜尾矿磁选回收磁铁矿,磁选铁精矿采用组合活化剂进行活化浮选脱硫。开展了磨矿细度条件、硫化铜矿浮选工艺条件、磁选工艺条件及磁选精矿活化浮选工艺条件等试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占75%的条件下,经一粗二精一扫工艺流程获得了含铜18.59%,回收率为82.00%的铜精矿;选铜尾矿在磁场强度为1400A/m的条件下磁选选铁,磁选铁精矿采用L1+L2组合活化剂进行活化浮选脱硫,经一粗一扫的工艺流程选别后获得了含铁66.14%,含硫1.03%,磁性铁回收率为64.97%的铁精矿,其中含硫比原生产工艺降低了近4%。A complex magnetite associated with copper sulfide contains 0.36% copper, 34.32% sulfur, 40.07% total iron including 6.20% magnetic iron, and magnetite was associated closely with copper sulfide, pyrite and pyrrhotite, which lead to difficult beneficiation. Original production process was involved with preferential copper flotation after first-stage grinding, flotation of copper tailings and then magnetic separation of magnetite in sequence. However, high sulfur content of 4% - 5% in iron concentrate brought about difficult sales. On the basis of research on process mineralogy, the production process was modified to preferential flotation for recovery of copper sulphide, magnetic separation of copper beneficiation tailings for recovery of magnetite, and then magnetic separation of iron concentrate by using composite activator so as to activated flotation and desulfurization in sequence. Moreover, condition experiment of grinding fineness, condition experiment of flotation of copper sulfide, condition experiment of magnetic separation and condition experiment of activated flotation of iron concentrate from magnetic separation were conducted. The results showed: at grinding fineness being 75% of-0.074mm, copper concentrates with grade of 18.59% and recovery rate of 82.00% were obtained after one roughing, two concentrating and one scavenging; at magnetic field strength being 1 400 A/m, the magnetic separation of copper beneficiation tailings was conducted to obtain iron concentrate, and then activated flotation and desulfurization of the iron concentrate were carried out by using L1+ L2 composite activator, finally the iron concentrates with iron grade of 66.14%, sulfur grade of 1.03% and iron recovery rate of 64.97% were obtained after one roughing and one scavenging, the sulfur content of the iron concentrate was about 4% lower than that from original process.
