摘　　要：新中国成立以来,我国为实现自身的和平发展进行了艰辛的探索。进入改革开放新时期,我国正确把握时代发展潮流,围绕着建设中国特色社会主义的总目标,确立了以独立自主的和平外交政策为核心的外交方针,走出了一条中国特色社会主义的和平发展道路,形成了一套完整的国际战略理论,成为中国特色社会主义道路和理论体系的重要组成部分。全面回顾这条道路的形成历程,深刻理解中国走和平发展道路的必然性和重要意义,正确把握这条道路的发展方向,对于深入推进中国特色社会主义事业、全面建成小康社会,进而实现社会主义现代化和中华民族的伟大复兴,具有十分重要的意义。Since the founding of new China, our country has carried on the difficult exploration to realize its own peaceful development. Entering the new period of reform and opening up, our country properly grasp the develop trend of times, according to the overall goal of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, have established the foreign policy with the core policy of independence and peace, walked out a peaceful development road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, formed a complete set of theory of international strategy,becoming an important part of the socialist path with Chinese characteristics and theoretical system. Comprehensively reviewing the formation process of the path, deeply understanding the inevitability and significance of China's peaceful development path, correctly grasping the development direction of the path, has the very vital significance in further promoting the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, and realizing socialist modernization and the great revival of the Chinese nation.
