摘 要:为研究防污闪涂料施工过程中涂料雾化效果对涂层憎水性的影响,以RTV(Room Temperature Vulcanized Silicone Rubber)涂料为例,采用控制变量法,通过喷涂试验研究喷涂时喷枪的出气量,即涂料的雾化程度对涂料憎水性的影响。用静态接触角法,测量样品表面体积为10-15水珠的静态憎水角,表征涂层的憎水性能。研究发现,在一定雾化范围内,喷涂时喷枪出气量越大,即涂料雾化程度越高,涂层的憎水性越差。建议在实际喷涂作业时,应合理调节喷枪出气量,使涂料处于较低雾化程度下进行喷涂。To study the effect of atomization of spraying anti-flashover paint during spraying on hydrophobicity of its coatings, RTV (room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber) is taken as an example, using controlling variables method, through spraying experiment,to research the relation between the amount of spray gun's air output when spraying, and the hydrophobicity of RTV coatings. The amount of spray gun's gas output while spraying can be used to describe the atomization. Static contact angle method was utilized to measure the static contact angle of the 7-15 lxL -volume water drops on the coatings to describe the hydrophobicity of different spraying coatings. The research found that in a certain range, the more gas output, the better atomization of paint is while spraying, the worse the hydrophobicity of coatings. It is suggested that low amount of gas output, promptly atomization of paints in a low degree should be guaranteed in the practical spraying projects.
