摘 要:针对6~10kV中压瓷绝缘子XP-7耐张串的污闪事故.分析了近年来重庆局部地区电网污闪事故与绝缘子表面污秽度的关系.通过对瓷绝缘子表面污层电导率指标和污闪电压的计算分析,来推广不同电压等级下污秽绝缘子的事前更换预警可行性。试验结果表明,该法对污闪电压和电导率指标的关系明了.可用其加上微处理器和远程通讯单元实现更直观的远程监控系统而提前预警,降低偏远地区输电线路电力环网缺相污闪事故,提高电力荷载的稳定性。For pollution flashover accident of the 6-10 kV medium voltage insulators XP-7 strain insulator-string, the relations of localized pollution flashover accident in Chongqing in recent years and the surface contamination degree of insulator are analyzed, through the calculation analysis on surface pollution layer conductivity indicators of porcelain insulator and the pollution flashover voltage, the feasibility of early warning and replacing of contaminated insulator under different voltage is promoted. Results show that, the relationship between pollution flashover voltage and conductivity indicators is clear, it is available to combined with microprocessor and remote communication unit to realize .more intuitive remote monitoring and control system for early warning, that can reduce pollution flashover accident of the power ring network in transmission lines in remote areas, enhance the stability of power load.
