摘  要:功率变换器是开关磁阻电机调速系统重要组成部分,也是较容易出现故障的机构之一,长期故障运行必将对整个系统造成损坏。本文以不对称半桥型功率变换器为研究对象,基于电机正常运行与故障运行时直流母线电流、相电流的不同表现提取故障特征量,并结合功率元件通断状态进行综合分析,提出一种开关磁阻电机功率变换器的故障检测方案。仿真与实验结果,表明该检测方案在高速、低速运行时可快速准确地诊断出故障相、判断出故障类型、及时定位出故障元件,节省了电流传感器数目,具有较高的可靠性。Power converter is an important part of the swltclae6 reluctance mowL u,,w~ ~y , and also one of the weakest parts of the whole system. Longterm operation in fault is bound to damage the entire system. Based on different behavior patterns of the power converter supply current and each phase currentunder normal and fault operation, fault diagnosis eigenvalues are given, and combined with on-off states of power elements to make a comprehensive analysis. This paper presents a new asymmetric half-bridge power converter fault detection method for switched reluctance motor. Simulation and experimental results show that the detection method can quickly and accurately diagnose the fault phase, determine fault type, identify faulty component at low and high speed operation, save the number of the current sensor, and has high reliability
