集体土地现状价值测算研究——以北京市朝阳区为例

摘　　要：以总结集体土地价值理论研究为基础,通过调研北京市朝阳区农村集体土地使用现状,对2009年实施城乡一体化的49个村庄进行了集体土地价值测算研究,为深入进行集体土地增值及收益分配的研究提供了基础。Based on the analysis of the value of collective land, this paper scrutinizes the measurement and evaluation of current values. Researches on measurement and evaluation are carried out by investigating the rural collective land in Chaoyang District, Beijing, looking especially at the 49 villages fully engaged in the 2009 Urban-rural Integration Program. Hopefully the paper may lay some grounds for further researches on the added value and interest distribution of collective land.
