摘  要:针对濮城油田沙一下油藏高温高盐的特点,利用充气法,评价了不同类型发泡剂性能。利用高温高压泡沫评价法,对阴离子型和非离子型发泡剂进行复配,得到了耐温耐盐的CO2驱泡沫封窜体系,高压条件下发泡剂稳定性大幅提升;分别从静态和动态角度评价了复配的耐温耐盐泡沫封窜体系,结果表明,该体系耐温90℃,耐盐20×104mg/L,最佳使用质量浓度5 g/L,在渗透率为3 152×10-3μm2的岩心中,阻力因子超过50;对比了CO2在气态、液态、超临界3种相态下形成泡沫体系的封堵能力,结果表明,超临界CO2下形成的封窜体系阻力因子最大。现场开展了濮1-1井组CO2泡沫封窜试验,采用预处理段塞、CO2段塞、水段塞及泡沫段塞的注入方式,结果表明,CO2泡沫体系可有效提高注入压力,改善吸气剖面。Air diffusion method was used to evaluate the performance of different types of foam agents according to the characteristics of tligh temperature and high salinity in Pucheng Es1 reservoir. It shows that anion and non-ionic fimms are good performance at high temperature and high salinity conditions. Method of foam evaluation in high temperature and high pressnre was used to estimate the performance of compounds about anion and non-ionic foam and the CO,. foam sealing channeling system with high temperature resistance and salt tolerance was gotten, which had a good stability property at higher pressure. From static and dynamic perspective, a series of evaluations about the compound foam system were conducted. Results show that the loam system achieves the follow indicators: high temperature resistance of 90 ℃, salt tolerance of 200,000 mg/L, the best mass concentration of 5 g/L and the resistance factor of higher than 50 in the cores with permeability of 3352 md. Labs of resistance factor of COz foam in different phase of gaseous state, liquid state and supercritical state were carried out. The experiments show that the fnam in supercritical has the highest resistance factor. CO2 foam sealing channeling test was conducted in Pu 1-1 well group and the injection method was pretreatment slug, CO2 slug, water slug and foam slug. Field test shows that the CO2 foam system can effectively increase the injection pressure and improve the gas injection profile.
