基于海归创业企业创新型商业模式原型的生成机制

摘　　要：以组织变革中原型理论为基础,提出商业模式原型概念并将其划分为创新型和效率型2种商业模式原型;且以4家创新型商业模式原型的海归创业企业为案例,重点探索创新型商业模式原型的生成机制。研究发现,海归创业者的海外经验积累和海外网络嵌入是诱发创新型商业模式原型的重要前置因素,同时创业学习在上述转化关系中起着中介作用。由此,构建了海归创业企业创新型商业模式原型的生成过程模型,并指出其理论启示和进一步的研究方向。Based on the archetype theory of organization change, this paper put forward the con- cept of business model archetypes, and divide it into two basic types of innovative and efficient type. Through the ease study on four returnees science and technology start--ups which show the innova- tive business model archetype, we found that overseas experience accumulation of returnees entrepre- neurs and overseas network embedded are important antecedents of innovative business model arche- type, and entrepreneurial learning has mediating effect in the process. This paper constructs the gen- eration process model of innovative business model archetype of returnee start--ups, and point out the theoretical implications and further research directions.
