摘 要:随着城市的快速发展,在城市建设用地的再开发过程中暴露出越来越多的土壤污染问题,而目前的解决方法很难真正落地。通过分析我国土壤污染的现状、类型和特点,及其与城市发展的关系,现有各种修复技术的优缺点及适用范围;尝试结合合适的土壤污染修复技术,增加污染土壤监控指标,完善控规指标体系土地使用中的环境容量控制内容,在城市污染地块再开发前用城市规划的方法解决土壤污染问题,以期为未来建立在污染土壤检测基础上的更科学的城市规划做铺垫,实现城市污染地块安全、可持续开发的绿色道路。With the city's rapid development, more and more soil pollution problems have being exposed in the process of redevelopment of urban construction land. However, it is difficult to solve the problem completely. This paper outlined the relationship between the soil pollution and urban development, and analyzed the current situation and characteristics, types of soil pollution, and characteristiced advantages and disadvantages of various types of pollution remediation technologies using scope. After that, we tried to adding monitoring indexes of contaminated soil combining with suitable soil remediation technologies, and adding the environment control indexes. As a result, in order to develope the brownfields in a security, sustainable and green way, we could solve the problem of remediation before the contaminated land being reused and pave the way for more scientific urban planning which buihed on the basis of detection of contaminated soil in the future.
