摘　　要：针对我国配电网遭遇发展瓶颈的问题,采用SWOT分析法系统制定了我国配电网的发展策略。在全面分析了我国配电网发展的内外部环境的基础上,提炼出配电网发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,并将优势与劣势对应机遇与威胁进行配对,得到SWOT发展矩阵。对4种策略进行总结归纳,得出我国配电网发展的总体策略和具体实施措施,从而为我国配电网发展建设提供指导。To deal with the bottleneck encountered in the development of the distribution network, this paper draws up a strategy of China＇s distribution network development by using SWOT analytical method. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external conditions for the development of distribution network in China, the paper, first of all, summarizes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges for the development. A SWOT matrix for development is obtained by matching the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Finally, by summarizing the four kinds of development strategies, the paper proposes a comprehensive development strategy with detailed measures and provides guidelines for the development of distribution network in China.
