摘　　要：研制了集成电路芯片的实时图像识别系统硬件 ,用数字图像处理技术对采集的图像数据进行预处理 ,提出芯片轮廓的快速搜索算法 ,利用几何特征参数进行识别 ,并在微机上实现了集成电路的识别与控制。A fast searching algorithm for Integrated Circuit (IC) frames is put forward and a corresponding hardware system for the recognition of real time IC images is researched. The image data are pre processed by using the digital image technology, and the recognition and control of IC images are realized on a personal computer by using the identification technology for characteristic geometric parameters.
