铸钢风机叶片X-射线检测及微机评片技术

摘　　要：阐述了双胶片技术的基本原理、试验方法以及在铸钢风机叶片X 射线检测中的应用 ,并介绍了微机评片技术。结果表明 ,双胶片技术成像质量好 ,相对灵敏度提高 ,曝光量减少 ,取得了较好的效果 ;微机评片方便、快速、准确 ,是无损检测技术的一个发展方向。The principle of the double negative radiography, testing method and the application in testing the cast steel blower vanes are described, and the grading technology with computer aided is introduced. Results show that the double negative radiography is featured by fine quality image formation, higher relative sensitivity, and lower exposure, achieving satisfactory effects; and that computer aided grading is convenient in operation, time saving and accurate in results, which will be a development direction for nondestructive testing.
