建立流动分馆破解农家书屋后续发展难题

摘　　要：针对当前农家书屋后续发展所遇到的缺乏制度保障和资金投入、馆藏无法更新、管理与督察不力以及运行与服务涣散等现状,文章提出建立以县级公共图书馆为总馆,在农家书屋现有馆舍及馆藏的基础上建立流动分馆,通过流转馆藏、上移财产权的方式破解农家书屋的后续发展难题。Abstract： The village library is encountering with that lacking of institutional security and stable funds input, unable to update the collections, ineffectiveness of management and censorship, and laxity of service. The paper suggests to build mainbranch mobile library system, take the town public library as the main library, take the village library as the branch mobile library basing on their premises and col lections, and through circulating the collections and moving the property to the main library to crack the dilemma of the sustainable development of village library.
