摘　　要：以晋中职业技术学院为例,运用SWOT模式分析了大学生创业孵化园的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,依据SWOT战略提出了客观的决策,破解了大学生创业孵化园建设中存在的问题,提出了大学生创业孵化园的发展策略。Entrepreneurship incubator Park is a new thing in the universities.Taking Jinzhong Vocational and Technical College as an example,we find that the channels of employment are increased in training students＇ awarcness of innovaton and entrepreneurship.leading to a lot of results.Through and analysis of its current situation,and the advantages.disadvantages.opporuunities and threats.based on SWOT model.the article putsforward objective and ratonal thinking,and the development strategy of the university studernts innovation undertaking ineubator park.
