中医何以被西医化——基于“福柯-库恩”式规训的思考

摘　　要：自20世纪初,中医开始走实证化的道路,试图把中医纳入到西医科学的范式中。利用福柯-库恩式规训的哲学,结合我国中医教育改革的历史,特别是南京中医药大学中医专业的教学改革,我们分析了新型中医药大学(权力轴)如何规训着中医专业的学生,如何把他们纳入"西医"范式(知识轴),从而建构出具有现代科学身份的中医生(伦理轴)的教育成因。Since the beginning of the twentieth Century, Chinese medicine starts to the empirical road, trying to put Chinese medicine into scientific paradigm of Western medicine. By using the philosophy of Foukuhnian discipline ,combining the history of educational reform of Chinese medicine in China, especially educational reform of Chinese medicine major of Nan Jing University of Tranditional Chinese Medicine, we analyze how to discipline the Chinese students in the new University of traditional Chinese medicine （right axis）, how to put them into the ＂western＂ paradigm （knowledge axis）, so as to construct the Chinese medicine doctor with the identity of modem science （ethical axis）.
