瘤果黑种草子提取物对支气管平滑肌解痉作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究瘤果黑种草子提取物(油脂、非油脂)对支气管平滑肌的解痉作用。方法采用小鼠喷雾致喘实验、豚鼠肺支气管灌流法及离体回肠实验考察瘤果黑种草子提取物对支气管平滑肌解痉作用。结果瘤果黑种草子油脂和非油脂低剂量明显延长小鼠哮喘反应的潜伏期,增加豚鼠支气管肺灌流量,降低豚鼠回肠平滑肌收缩张力,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论瘤果黑种草子提取物(油脂、非油脂)对支气管平滑肌具有一定的解痉作用。Objective To study the bronchial smooth muscle spasmolytic action of Nigella glandulifera extract（ grease and non - grease）. Methods The whole animal - spray induced asthma in mice experiment, the guinea pig isolated lung perfnsion and isola- ted smooth muscle experiments were employed to evaluate the bronchial smooth muscle spasmolytic action of Nigella glandulifera extract. Results The experimental results showed that the low dose of grease and non - grease group could prolong the mice asth- matic response latency,increase the perfusion flow of the isolated guinea pig bronchus pulmonary, reduce the tension of guinea pig ileum smooth muscle contraction （P 〈 0.01 ） significantly. Conclusion Nigella glandulifera extract （ grease and non - grease） have some bronchial smooth muscle spasmolytic action.
