摘　　要：目的研究丝穗金粟兰全草的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱层析对丝穗金粟兰进行分离纯化,根据光谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果从丝穗金粟兰全草中分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别是:长尾粗木叶内酯A,党参内酯,类没要素A,异秦皮啶和β-谷甾醇。结论化合物长尾粗木叶内酯A,类没要素A和β-谷甾醇为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Chloranthus fortunei. Methods Chloranthus fortunei was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, the structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Five compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as Codonolactone （1）, lasianthuslactoneA （2） , IstanbulinA （ 3 ）, Isofraxdin （4） and β - sitosterol （ 5 ）. Conclusion Compound 2,3 and 5 have been isolated from this genus for the first time
