摘　　要：目的测定抗柯萨奇B病毒性心肌炎胶囊(K-CoxB-JN)中总皂苷、总黄酮、总木脂素及总多糖的含量。方法采用紫外可见分光光度法对四种成分进行含量测定。结果 K-CoxB-JN中总皂苷含量为64.98mg·g-1,总黄酮含量为11.48 mg·g-1,总木脂素含量为21.99 mg·g-1,总多糖含量为21.60 mg·g-1。结论所使用的检测方法简单可行、准确可靠,可用于抗柯萨奇B病毒性心肌炎胶囊中总皂苷、总黄酮、总木脂素及总多糖的含量测定。Objective To determine the contents of total saponin, total flavonoids, total lignans and total polysaccharides in K - CoxB- JN. Methods The contents of the four effective ingredients were determined by UV - visible spectrophotometry. Results The content of total saponin was 64.98 mg. g^ - 1. The content of total flavonoids was 11.48 mg. g^-1. The content of total lignans was 21.99 mg . g^-1. The content of total polysaccharides was 21.60mg. g^-1. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable which can be used for the determination of total saponin, total flavonoids, total lignans and total polysaccharides content in K - CoxB - JN.
