二仙汤及其拆方对去卵巢大鼠血常规的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨二仙汤及其拆方对去卵巢大鼠血常规的影响,并比较各个拆方作用的差异。方法实验SD大鼠分为假手术组、模型组和二仙汤整方及其4个拆方组,共7个组,除假手术组行假手术外,其余均行手术彻底摘除卵巢,连续给药90 d,考察血常规的变化。结果假手术组的HCT,HGB,RBC,LYMPH,PLT,WBC与模型组相比均有差异性,C方能明显降低HGB、HCT,D方可显著降低WBC,B方和E方可使PLT明显升高。结论各个拆方对去卵巢大鼠的血液成分起着不同的调节作用,具有临床指导意义。Objective To study the effect of Er - Xian decoction and its separate prescriptions on routine blood tests in ovariectomy rats,and compare the difference in each separate prescriptions. Methods The female SD rats were divided into sham operated group（Sham）, ovariectomized group（ Model）, Er- Xian decoction and its separate prescriptions. Ovariectomy has done in all the groups except sham operated group. Blood routine tests were examined after administering drugs for 90 days. Results There wsa significant difference in HCT, HGB, LYMPH, RBC, PLT, WBC, HGB between Sham and Model, prescription C can significantly re- duced RBC,HGB,prescription D had the effect on reducing WBC, prescription D and E can increase PLT. Conclusion It has guidance significance for chnical use, every separate prescriptions works in a different way in regulating the blood components of o- variectomy rats.
