摘　　要：目的探讨抗柯萨奇B病毒性心肌炎胶囊(K-CoxB-JN)复方提取物多糖和总皂苷对于CVB3病毒感染小鼠心肌损伤模型的保护作用。方法将复方提取物分为不同组别,观察其对小鼠死亡率、心脾指数、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的影响。结果 K-CoxB-JN复方多糖低、中、高三组及多糖+皂苷组对于心肌酶CK、CK-MB及cTnI的活性具有明显抑制作用。结论 K-CoxB-JN复方提取物对心肌损伤小鼠血清CK、CK-MB、cTnI有抑制作用,K-CoxB-JN复方提取物多糖和皂苷对心肌具有保护作用。Objective To discuss the myocardial protection about viral myocarditis mice is induced by CVB3 about compound ex- tracting total polysaccharides and saponins from anti - oxsackie virus B viral myocarditis capsule （ K - CoxB - JN ）. Methods To observe the influence from mortality rates, index of the mice hearts and spleens, CK, CK- MB, cTnI through different groups from compound extracting. Results The group of compound saccharides and the group of （ saccharides ＋ saponins ） can control the ac- tivity about CK,CK -MB and cTnI. Conclusion K -CoxB -JN compound extracting can control the activity about CK, CK -MB, cTnI from the mice injured Myocardial, and K- CoxB -JN compound saceharides and saponins can protect the myocardial cells.
