摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定金莲花中色氨酸、对羟基苯甲苹果酸、荭草素-2”-O-β—L-半乳糖苷、荭草素、牡荆素的含量。方法以Phenomenex GeminiC。8色谱柱（4．6mm×250mm，5Ixm），乙腈-0．1％磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱，流速1ml·min^-1，柱温35℃C，检测波长230Bin。结果5种成分均达到基线分离，线性关系良好（r≥0．9987），平均加样回收率为95．05％-103．5％，RSD〈3％。结论该方法灵敏、准确、可靠、重复性好，可用于金莲花药材的质量评价。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of tryptophan,2 - （4 -hydroxybenzyl）ma- lic acid, 2 - O - β - L - galactopyranosylorientin, orientin, vitexin in Trollius chinensis Bge. Methods A Phenomenex Gemini C 18 column （4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm） was used with acetonitrile and 0.1% H3 PO4 as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 ml.min^-1, the detection wavelength was 230 nm, and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results The 5 components were in baseline separation. The linearity of this method was good （r≥0. 998 7）, and the average recoveries were between 95.05% and 103.5%, RSD 〈 3%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate, reliable and repeatable, which can be used for quality evaluation of Trollius chinensis Bge.
