摘　　要：金铁锁为苗族常用药,有抗类风湿性关节炎作用。随着野生资源的不断缩减,加快其次生代谢研究显得尤为重要。该文综述了金铁锁的化学成分、抗类风湿性关节炎药理作用,介绍了其毛状根培养及三萜合成中重要酶的研究状况,希望能为金铁锁次生代谢工程的研究提供参考。Psammosilene tunicoides is common Miao traditional herb that can be used to treat rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. With the shrinking of wild resource, it is important to accelerate the research of secondary metabolism. This paper summarizes the re- search status on chemical components ,pharmacological effects, hairy root cultivation and key enzymes in triterpenoid saponin syn- thesis of this herb. It hopes to provide reference for the secondary metabolic engineering research of Psammosilene tunicoides.
