摘　　要：在全科医生缺乏的现实背景下,政府大力推行医生多点执业政策,但实行以来却遭遇许多阻力。本文在深入分析阻力原因的基础上提出有效实施医生多点执业的几点建议。The government is vigorously promoting doctor＇s multi-sited license against the background of the shortage of general practitioners. However, there are a lot of obstructions to the policy implementation. This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions about the doctor＇s multi-sited license based on the deep analysis of the causes of the obstructions.
