摘　　要：目的探讨住院患者口服药配送过程中的不安全因素并进行改进,以提高用药安全。方法尝试运用六西格玛(six sigma)管理方法,对住院患者口服药配送流程进行分析,针对不安全因素落实改进措施,使医院口服给药安全系统不断完善并得到持续改进。结果口服药配送缺陷发生率由17.12%下降为5.68%,提高了口服给药的安全性。结论运用质量管理工具对住院患者口服药配送系统进行全过程分析,结合医院实际情况制定改进计划并落实,是提高用药安全的保证。Objective Investigate the insecurity factors during oral medicine distribution among inpatients and make improvements in order to increase the safety of drug treatment. Methods Try to use the six sigma management method to analyze the oral medicine distribution among inpatients, implement improvement measures against insecurity factors to improve the hospital oral administration. The safety of oral administration was improved. Conclusion Analyze the whole process of oral medicine distribution system for inpatients by means of tools for quality management, develop improvement plans combined with the reality of the hospital and further put it into practice to increase the safety of drug treatment.
