摘　　要：本文从网络化设计、管理层级、工作角色设计、网格地址和业务管理的关系设计、社区卫生服务的管理节点设计、统计和考核指标的设计等方面详尽阐述了杭州市社区居民健康档案信息系统整体设计,改进了社区基本公共卫生服务管理模式和工作流程,并对运行效果进行了客观评价。The article gave detailed description of the holistic design of Hangzhou community resident health record information system from the perspective of network design, managerial arrangement, work responsibility design, design of address hierarchy and business management, management mode design for community health services, and design of statistical and appraisal index. The article presented the management pattern and work flow of basic public health service in community and conducted objective performance appraisal.
