Objective To investigate the current status of sub-health status among college students in Wenzhou and analyze its impact factors, in order to provide basis for implementing effective intervention measures in the future. Methods Research participants were selected by cluster sampling. Self-administered questionnaire was applied for field survey of demographic variables and MSQA and unconditioned Logistic regression was applied for analysis of impact factors of sub-health status. Results The detection rate of sub-health status was 9.4%. Compared with students without siblings, the risk of physical sub-health status among students with siblings was 0.640 (95%C1: 0.413-0.90l). Compared with students receiving more discipline from parents, the risk of physical sub-heahh status among students receiving less discipline from parents was 1.758 (95% CI: 1.038-2.979). Compared with students with good academic performance, the risk of mental sub-health status among students with poor academic performance was 2.53l (95% CI: 1.088-5.885). Compared with girls, the risk of physical and mental sub-health status among boys was 0.461 (95% CI: 0.258-0.821). Conclusion The overall health of college students in Wenzhou is equivalent to the national average in China. No siblings, little discipline from parents, poor academic performance and female are hazard factors of sub-health status. Greater importance should be attached to sub-health status among college students.
