从里耶秦简看“书同文字”的历史内涵

摘　　要：里耶秦简进一步证明秦始皇"书同文字"并非限于一般理解的统一字体,而是统一法律制度、名物称谓、专属用语的简称,体现了秦朝制度建设和文化建设的历史特点。段玉裁对许慎《说文解字·序》"罢其不与秦文合者"的注释割裂了许慎原意,不足为训。The bamboo and wooden slips of the Qin Dynasty unearthed in Liye （里耶）, has further proved the fact that the ＂unification of writing＂ advocated by Qin Shi Huang went beyond the command of writing the same characters. Rather, this imperial order encompassed a wide range of unification including areas of the legal system, and cultural the appellation of objects and terms, demonstrating the historical characteristics of the institutional construction in the Qin Dynasty. Whereas what mentioned in the preface to the Shuowen Jiezi （说文解字） by Xu Shen （许慎） was misunderstood by Duan Yucai （段玉裁）, his note that ＂ （Qin Shi Huang） dismissed the characters different from those of Qin＂ is thus not that authoritative.
