摘 要:以石灰性土壤为供试土壤,研究了不同浸提剂、液土比及震荡时间对土壤矿质氮(NH+4-N和NO-3-N)含量的影响。结果表明:浸提剂种类、液土比及震荡时间均会不同程度影响土壤NH+4-N和NO-3-N含量的测定结果。3种浸提剂浸提土壤NH+4-N的含量均表现为1mol/L KCl>2mol/L KCl>0.01mol/L CaCl2;3种浸提剂对土壤NO-3-N含量测定结果的影响受震荡时间的影响,震荡时间为0.5h时,3种浸提剂对NO-3-N含量测定结果的影响与对NH+4-N测定结果的影响趋势一致,但当震荡时间为1h时,则表现为1mol/L KCl和2mol/L KCl之间差异不显著,但均显著高于0.01mol/L CaCl2。液土比和震荡时间对土壤NH+4-N和NO-3-N的含量的影响需要综合考虑。综合本研究结果,在石灰性土壤上若单独测定NO-3-N,1mol/L KCl为浸提剂,液土比用5∶1,震荡时间以0.5h为最佳;若联合测定土壤NH+4-N和NO-3-N,用1mol/L KCl为浸提剂,5∶1液土比,1h震荡时间为最佳。In this paper, the effects of extracting solution, ratio of solution to soil and shaking time on the contents of NH+-N and NO;-N in calcium soil were studied. The results showed that soil NH+-N content had been influenced significantly by extracting solution. The highest value was obtained by 1 mol/L KC1, followed by 2 mol/LKC1, and the lowest one was obtained by 0.01 mol/LCaC12. The content of soil NO2-N extracted by different extracting solution was influenced significantly by shaking time. When the shaking time was 0.5 h, the effect of ex- tracting solution on soil NO2--N content was in accordance with that of extracting solution on soil NH4+-N content. While under the condition of 1 h shaking time, soil NO3--N content had no significant difference between 1 mol/L KC1 and 2 mol/L KCI, but both significantly higher than that of extracted by 0.01 mol/LCaCl2. The effects of ratio of solution to soil and shaking time on soil NH+-N and NO;-N content should be comprehensively considered. In conclusion,when determinating NO3-N only in calcium soil, the optimal condition 1 mol/L KC1 as extracting solution, 5 : 1 of solution to soil, and 0.5 h shaking time. While when the soil NH3-N and NO3-N were tested together, 1 mol/L KC1, 5:1 of solution to soil together with 1 h sha-king time was the best condition.
