摘 要:以厚皮甜瓜‘迎春(F1)’为试材;研究了叶面喷施10,20,30mmol/L的硝酸钙对厚皮甜瓜坐果节位叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛含量及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果显示:坐果节位雌花开放后;叶面喷施20mmol/L的硝酸钙与对照相比可显著延缓坐果节位叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质含量的下降,提高POD,SOD,CAT等抗氧化酶活性,降低超氧阴离子的产生速率。表明,叶面喷施20mmol/L硝酸钙可延缓厚皮甜瓜坐果节位叶片衰老,提高叶片的抗氧化酶活性,使坐果节位叶片保持较高的生理活性。The objective of the study was to research the effects of different calcium nitrate con- centrations (10,20,30 mmol/L) on the chlorophyll, soluble protein, MDA content and antioxi- dase activities of the leaf on the fruiting node in muskmelon. Msukmelon cuhivar 'Yingchun (F1)' was used to carry out the experiment. The foliage dressing was conducted when the bearing-fruit flowers were opening. The results showed there were significant differences be- tween 20 mmol/L Ca(NO3)2 and CK. 20 mmol/L Ca(NO3)2 treatment delayed the decrease of the chlorophyll and soluble protein contents, increased the activities of antioxidant enzymes (POD, SOD, CAT) and decreased the MDA content and O2 - production rate of the leaf on the fruiting node compared with CK. The research indicated that 20 mmol/L Ca(NO2)2 treatments can be used to slow down the leaf senescence and increase the antioxidant activities on the fruiting node.
