摘  要:以有斑百合为试材,研究了不同贮藏温度、花粉含水量、冻存方式及解冻方式对有斑百合花粉萌发率的影响。结果表明:低温冷冻保存是实现有斑百合花粉长期保存一个有效的途径,-80℃贮藏可以使花粉保持2年的生命力;有斑百合花粉在室温下干燥脱水处理8~12h,含水量最适宜范围为18%~22%,效果较好;采用液氮预冻再投入中-80℃保存,有效提高了超低温保存后有斑百合花粉的萌发率;采用35℃温水快速化冻和0℃化冻方式,均能保持较好的冷冻低温花粉保存效果。Taking Lilium concolor var. pulchellum as the test material,effects of different stor- age temperature, water content of pollen, pre-freezing and thawing methods on germination rate of pollens were investigated. The results showed that cryopreservation is an effective way to achieve long-term preservation in the pollens of Lilium concolor var. pulchellum, it can make the vitality of pollens maintain for 2 years under -80℃; a moisture range of 18%--22% was suit for cryopreservation of pollens in Lilium concotor var. pulcheltum, and it was better that it took 8-12 h to dry and dehydrate by the dry dish at room temperature; it can effectively improve the germination rate after cryopreservation by the freezing of liquid nitrogen firstly and then preserved in -80℃ ;and it can keep a better preservation effect by the way in 35 ℃ warm rapid thaw or 0℃ thaw.
